The NSW Government’s First Home Buyer incentives have now come into effect from 1 July 2017. Here are some of the ways in which you can benefit if you are searching for your first home:
– No stamp duty on ALL homes (new and existing) up to $650,000
– Stamp duty relief for ALL homes up to $800,000
– $10,000 grant for purchasers of new homes up to $600,000
There are a number of fantastic entry level homes available in our local area which is great news for first home buyers who want to find their first home in our range of fantastic local suburbs.
